I work closely and collaboratively with management teams. As I’ve led businesses and held senior commercial and strategic roles I understand how hard it is to develop and implement strategies successfully and have ‘tried and tested’ approaches to overcome this
I have worked across sectors and geographies, as a line manager and a consultant, in companies of varying sizes at different stages of development, and in both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations. I use the knowledge and insight I’ve gained from these many different situations to help clients craft distinct, effective and pragmatic strategies.
